@RegineAsianGarden2Table your stem mustard looks cute.. lol.. short and lumpy. A Few weeks ago (end of winter), in one of the germany asian store, i saw (first time in my life) stemmed mustard.. The stem is big and long.. very much like celtuce.. it is sold quite expensively in the store.. like 1 stem costed almost 7euro.. the owner of the store said it is for stem.. not for leaves.. usually i grow mustard for big leaves to pickled and sun dry... smell wonderful when cooked with meat.. yum! but as for the stemmed mustard.. this is the first time. i tried to get seed for it, but not avail.. any idea what is this stemmed mustard called ? your stem mustard is wonderful also, but.. hard to process with all those lumps and bumps... i prefer this large and long stem, which is much easier to process. Thanks

As a child, this was my kryptonite. My parents love this dish, prepped simply with onion and garlic. As an adult, I have come to relish it. It can be prepped with chicken, pork or beef. The raw leaves are hardly ever sold at asians stores. Most of the time, the leaves came fresh from our garden. People often ask what it tastes like. I would compare it to spinach but more stringy.

My wife is from the Philippines. While there are some asian stores in the area, not many have veggies that she uses in Filipino dishes. Over the last few years we started growing some of them in our small garden. I just purchased some Bitter Melon seeds from you guys and a few other seeds. Thanks for the service you guys provide it is difficult to find seeds here in Alabama. I also have a YT channel showing our garden. We are doing a complete overhaul to the garden this year, it is exciting. Thank you.
